Fantastic Mandarin orange (and zest) and strawberry nose, almost tropical. Semi-sweet, super red fruit palate. Low tannins once decanted, and very fluid. Law acidity. Easy to drink without food pairing. — 9 years ago
Enticing sweet red fruit smells, tart, and hints of pomegranate. Full bodied wine, think and dark. Typical malbec flavors, sweeter than usual, though. Low acidity and only very slight spice. Easy to drink with Graham cracker-like finish. — 9 years ago
Ripe red fruit and strawberry nose with light hay. Full-bodied, with muted fruit flavors and minerality. Low acidity and spice, somewhat uncharacteristic for a malbec. Rises on the finish. — 9 years ago
Sweet plum on the nose blackberry on the palate. More acidic than most reds, and off-dry. Medium body. Low tannicity. Overall a decent wine, but fails to contain much excitement. Likely paired well with spaghetti. — 9 years ago
Strong nose of licorice and plums, and very jammy. Strong sense of syrah. Each sip starts very muted and develops a red fruit flavor profile with slight pepper. The taste never quite gets fruity enough for the wine's medium-high acidity, medium tannins, and dryness. Average table wine. — 9 years ago
Ripe red fruits and blackberry, with dull and somewhat acidic after taste. Hints of apple underneath and in crispness. Medium-to-full bodied, with little texture. Overall acceptable, but forgettable. — 9 years ago
