A lovely wine! Beautiful bright minerality. I agree with Isaac, it takes a few minutes to open up and show off the wet stone, key lime, lychee. Makes me crave some oysters. Thinking this wine will gain complexity over the next few years. — 9 years ago

Just had an opportunity to try Jean Hoefliger's new project Pact(e), a project with Grapeseed!! Tasted the whites. This Carneros chard is very pretty with honeysuckle, poached pear, balanced acidity, beautiful oak integration, lingering butterscotch, white peach and Meyer lemon. Nicely done! — 9 years ago
