Just had an opportunity to try Jean Hoefliger's new project Pact(e), a project with Grapeseed!! Tasted the whites. This Carneros chard is very pretty with honeysuckle, poached pear, balanced acidity, beautiful oak integration, lingering butterscotch, white peach and Meyer lemon. Nicely done!
