Sweet but tangy at the same time. It's intense and definitely not the typical Merlot. Exploded in your mouth with blackberry and dark chocolate. I would recommend to air it out for at least few hours before drinking. — 8 years ago

I never big on Zinfandel but this is not bad though I had this wine with beef stew and it was pretty good. Spicy food will be really good with this wine. Full tangy body but that’s all I got. If you have a bottle laying around, it’s better off with pairing. — 7 years ago

Less tangy but still has a little tart to it. A bit different for a cab that I’m used to. I let it aired out for couple hours but maybe I should let it air a bit longer. Earthy, plum fruit, subtle. Decent wine but I expected more for a 2007 bottle. — 7 years ago
