Amazing nose on this wine. I would not clean my glass just to be able to keep smelling it. Nose had intense nose of game with a lot of smokiness. Very tannic and still quite acidic. Taste was not to the level of the smell but still excellent - notes of candied cherries. — 4 years ago

Excellent wine. Ready to drink but with probably at least another 10 years to go.
Typical Saint Estephe nose with notes of Forest and ripe black fruits.

Amazing shiny copper color. Dried flowers on the nose with hints of saffron. Nice structure - good acidity and not too sweet. Flavors of candied orange peel and saffron with a small hint of caramel. — 4 years ago
