Very nice - birth year for my bro, opening with him on his 30th! A bit muted but with some air this has the traditional St. Julien characteristics. Excellent with a simple grilled ribeye.

It was a bit lighter than expected, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be. Was still great, just wasn't big enough for my meal
