Noble Blend Central Coast White Blend

A solid white blend. Refreshing and a little more citrus that I anticipated but I’m here for it. A blend of gewürztraminer and Riesling. A perfect summer time blend. Off dry and light bodied. Shout out to Winc wines for consistently delivering. #badandboozypod #winereviews #delectable

Grapefruit tartness with a grassy flavor kind of like bitter greens and mint leaves, lots of minerality.

Herbal/floral botanicals, jasmine, And something like oregano but not oregano overripe citrus, lemon& orange, white peach, and some funkier tropical notes. Hot on the nose, med high acidity &a slightly phenolic. There is a bit of warmth in there on the finish. Some chalk in there too.

This wine is light with a fruity taste. I taste Apple. Very good for summer.

63% Gewurtztraminer, 25% muscat 12% riesling

3 part blend. Gerwurtztraminer. Muscat. Riesling. Not my fave.

Easy drinking blend. Tart and refreshing

Nice, light noble blend. Not too sweet. Excellent with grilled chicken.
