Saint George Cabernet Sauvignon Pinot Noir

Conference in Amman and some (to me) surprisingly potent wines. This unusual blend of a power- and a finess-grape was elegant with neutral oak, mulberries, raspberries, sour red cherries, bell peppers, and a solid structure of medium-high acid levels, alcohol and tannins.

Aqaba Movenpick 2018 Chi Jordan trip. Slightly sour but bold. Finishes light. Tastes like grapes. Middle eastern grapes.

Enjoyed this wine from the Kempinski Hotel in Aqaba while on our honeymoon. This was the second wine from Jordan we tried. It had similar sulfite taste as the previous and needed a few ice cubes to drink it.

Interesting blend and taste. Jordan🍷!

Tasty red blend!

Really varies w temp n air. A hint of new world pinot and a lot of cab. But earthyness and quite short taste.

Clean nose, balanced on palate, but little oak domination and finishes tannic.
