A fun Zweigelt rosé. Smells like its Provençal cousin, and even -- at first -- is reminiscent of it. But this is a leaner, more acid wine than a Grenache-based rosé from the Mediterranean, which accentuates light minerality. A fun wine for a warm summer day, but not one to replace something from Provence unless experimentation is the order of the day.
