Elderflower, lemon, petrol on the nose. The palate is a combination of a sheer acid backbone and a nice touch with lemon on the sides. Very dry and to be honest a bit unbalanced towards acidity. Long finish with lemon and elderflower again. Nice but could use some more texture and fruit in mid palate
