Interesting indigenous grape. You might think Cab Franc, Syrah, especially from the nose, but for all it’s bruising, it’s light,
11.5° rarely exceeding 12°. Bright dark cherries, minimal tannins, just enough for pasta with meat. With a slight chill, a really nice summer quaff.

Deep blue/black plums on the nose, spices( star anise: cinnamon)
On the palate it’s very Cab Franc crossed with Rhone crossed with Boca. Savory, Rocky,, and a bit salty.
Refreshing at 11.5°
Great w sausages and greens w rhubarb.
Bought blind. Nice.
Thanks @RareWineCo.
