Old Vines Vinos de Madrid Garnacha

Haven’t had this wine in a minute and it’s just as good as I remember. Perfect weeknight dinner or backyard cookout wine. Kirsch and raspberry fruit lead the way, with some sly stony, slate-like minerality in the back half of the palate. Soft and fresh.

With pizza and kale salad

Simple sweet and sour...I remember it as zestier. #endlessSeason #rosé

Very yummy and sweet.

Plums and dried fruits on the nose. Very dry on palate. Good with food.

I've other vintages that brought a bit more to the table, this one is sort of boring.

great value.

Robert Parker and I radically disagree about this "great value", it is sour and undrinkable. 2013 vintage might be reason.

Light pomegranate & citrus pith flavors. Crisp, slightly tart w/ balanced minerality. Stupid good at $10 (& under).
