Clear, medium intensity, Ruby wine with simple aromas of sour cherry, cranberry, dried herbs and raspberry, medium(-) intensity. On the palate the simple aromas carry through with flavors of tart fruits, cherry and raspberry with dried cranberry and herb notes. Medium acidity with fine medium(-) tannins, medium body ending on a medium(-) finish. Drink to enjoy now, no further aging will benefit.

HWT - This was extremely light in flavor and Heather wasn’t really a fan. Not earthy or berry but I just didn’t really care for it but Eric thought it was just ok. Cork pushed into bottle when we were about to remove it, which was weird. $15

Light ruby with aromas of cherry, blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, and an herbal component. On the bud, it’s not quite balanced and has a strong cherry tartness. The finish is medium.
