For $20 this was a really enjoyable wine. Fantastic when you're looking for something different. The bottle opens with a strong nose full of dark fruit. The initial poor is overwhelmingly acidic and if you're not patient you'll assume you've picked a lemon. This wine became truly enjoyable after 30-45 minutes; the acid mellowing (but still strong) with cherries, plums,and leather.

Picked this up at a Momo wine tasting. It was paired with lamb and buckwheat pasta. Enjoyed this bottle on a cold evening. Loved the bright berry finish.
