Classico Superiore Valpolicella Corvina Blend

Complex, long and surprisingly elegant. I’m thinking Zenato gets a bad rap in Italy because it’s a big operation. (And they seem make a lot of mediocre Lugana and Pinot Grigio. Although the PG is not terrible as far as PG from Veneto goes.)

Detta vinet är helt ofantligt gott. Balanserat, bärigt och det bara glider ner. Vaniljglass! Tack Malin.

Round. Medium body. Low tannin. Not oaky. Little spicy not very fruity

Incredible colour. Amazing depth of flavour. Clean and delicious

Nose - wet soil, rose petals, leather. Main notes - lots of raisin, ripened plum. Finishes with orange peel and a long lush mouthfeel.

God valpolicella

Had w/Nat, Seb, @ Scugnizzi, in Napoli

Reddish purple. Slightly fruity and raisiny nose. Delicious red fruit low tannins. Drinking with smoked swordfish and carbonara. Yum great value wine.

Lekker op een terrasje in Venetië

Mid acidity with some quite strong tannins on the back. Strong baked strawberry with very mild spicy notes. Quite nice overall even if maybe a bit too fruity for mu taste.
