Deep purple in color; black cherries, cassis, and graphite on the nose; low acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like sour cherries, blackberry sauce, and a hint of licorice. maybe a little menthol too. Easy drinking, but not blowing me away. I would like more acidity and tannins.
