The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Sleeping Lady is a powerful, intense wine that is going to need a bit of time to come together, as it was bottled just a few weeks before this tasting. A rush of dark red cherry, pomegranate, menthol and orange peel gives the wine a somewhat exotic profile, but it is the wine's structure and overall balance that stand out most. For all of its obvious intensity, the Sleeping Lady is an especially polished 2015. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, March 2018)

Amazing wine. Unique richness that expands as it opens up. Hints of chocolate and great fruit with a smooth rich finish

starts off spicy, earthy, with forest floor but on the palate wakes up and has big, sticky tannins. nice structure with dark blue fruit and chocolate.

A good 2012 St. Helena wine. This wine probably could use another 3-5 years in the cellar. This wine had Flavors of blackberry jam, cassis, wet rocks and some salinity. The finish of the wine is mild French oak but probably needed more time in the barrel to bring out the vanilla and depth this wine could portray. Overall a good wine but with more time could be a block buster.
