Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A few fun bottles from last Friday.

This falls in to the “good” category for me. Doesn’t stand out in a good or bad way. Down the line and easy to enjoy. The profile here was definitely lighter than expected, which was semi refreshing. At its age and with its profile, it seemed like a bridge to Bordeaux...not jammy or hot, shower some herbs, currant, dusty cedar, dried black cherries and only a kiss of oak.

Ok sorry for crapy photo - but that was the only thing bad - this wine is one of my favs - I will and am a buyer - just making room for newer stuff - does very well with about 5 years of rest - the color will hypnotize you and taste well big bold and beautiful Napa Cab - just the way I like it - I like it uh-huh uh-huh thank you KC and the sunshine for helping me to 😃😃😃😃❤️👍
