Pale lemon with aromas of ripe stone fruits, floral, spice and sweet citrus. On the palate apple, melon and peach flavors, with lemon zest, vanilla and toasty notes. Nice balance with bright acidity on long finish, savory with spicy rich oaky mineral ending, very nice!

Surprised at the style as I had heard these were overblown butter bombs. This was much more restrained. Old school Cali style with a heavy(ier) hand. Good stuff.
