Insula Refosk

Very pleasant medium- refosk, with a surprising salinity. Very pleasant. Very neutral vinification. Fruit forward. Great simple stuff.

Natty but fresh. Funk on the nose like mushrooms. And dried fruit punch. A little pencil shavings. Sour cherry candy fermented and pickled in alcohol.
