Ron Zacapa Centenario Gran Reserva 23 Year Old Sistema Solera Rum

See previous notes from July 2019. Burnt caramel, tar and molasses. A wonderful Central American rum from Guatemala and oh so smooth and smoky. Anyone who puts Coca Cola with this should be shot!!

Aromas of burnt caramel, Tar and Molasses. Mellow and smooth on the palate with a little alcohol heat on the throat at 40% ABV. Rich satisfying and long. An excellent mid Winter tipple in Australia at present. All the way from Guatemala.

Good nightcap. On a cold day. With the first day snow of the winterseason. Great idea @Severn Goodwin to drink rum at that day 👍

Best Rum in the world by far.
