Dark ruby. Spices and fresh ripe black berries in the nose. Well-balanced, with rather high acidity, good purity of fruit and lots of spices.

Pours dark ruby in color. Aromas of smoke ginger and red fruit. Tannins build a nice structure in this typical Grenache body ( was expecting a Syrah body) Flavors of dark berry with a little spice and savory note. Medium body with a medium to long finish.

I suppose you call this an upside down GSM. 50% Syrah and a lot of Mourvèdre with a great Grenache backbone. We paired this with a skate schnitzel. Heavy enough for the fried and light enough for the delicate skate wing. A clear winner.
