Aug 4th, 2019Vintage 1990 / Yves died in 2008, he is the father of François. Apricot and honey in smell. The smell of this #cheninblanc is not 100% correct 🤨 but gets much better with aeration. The taste is allright though, with impressions of honey, Turkish fruit, pears, well balanced between sweetness and vivid acidity. Colour has a old golden shine. Partnered it with an apple from the oven. With some butter and sugar. Simple, delicious.
