Ripe black fruits and smoke on the nose. Needs a lot of air to fully open. High tannins and dense structure. Slightly bitter finish. Will probably show much better in a few years.

Red fruits, black pepper and herbs. There seemed to be the slightest prick on the tongue...perhaps some secondary fermentation? Anyway, it went very well with the meal.
