This wine is 100% Cabernet and aged 15 months in barrel. It pours a deep garnet purple in the glass and almost immediately cherries and blackberries leap out of the glass, with hints of mocha and butterscotch. The palate is bright and full of flavor, red and dark fruit surrounded by hints of chocolate, spices and again a hint of caramel. The finish is long and smooth. A real terrific effort from start to finish! The wine is drinking fabulous now, and should still be great five years from now. Enjoy on it's own, with cheeses, or a big juicy steak 30$ CAN

Light purple in the glass. Not a lot on the nose to decipher, but has some spice on the nose with a lingering finish.

A smooth cabaret wrapped in sweet notes that seem to change from vanilla to caramel to cinnamon to chocolate. The dark plum foundation never gets lost, even in the long finish.
