Wow! This is a delightful wine. Crisp and fruity, it has wonderful expressions of tropical fruit and honeysuckle leading to a clean finish. It’s not acidic and has a refreshing taste, like a cool breeze on a spring morning.

Good white wine. Not so much on the nose, but a nice floral taste, chèvrefeuille, fleur d’oranger. Alcool is present in the taste. I would try it again.

Nice solid white. Little bit of sweetness. Very crisp like an apple. Got it at fresh thyme.

Color of light egg white with a bit of green hue. Nose of honey, spice, green apple, a bit Sprite, ginger, and a touch of pineapple. Taste of light honey, a bit tinkling, some acidity, some mineral, but definitely a bit too dilute. Aftertaste also shows some mineral, black pepper, and honey note. Average.

This is a really nice, quite bold and powerful Viognier. It’s not as subtle as some others of the same grape. This one is loud and proud. It’s certainly one to drink on its own, but I find it has quite a strong grapefruit twang which is not my favourite flavour. In short I’d gladly drink it, but I’d probably pick others over it.

Drinks like a Sauvignon Blanc. Very nice. Went well with our cod.
