Easily one of the biggest surprises I’ve had in a long, long while. This showed remarkable restraint for an Aussie Cabernet/Shiraz blend. There was beautiful dark and red fruits: think black berries, mulberries, black currants and lingonberries. There’s also tobacco, smoked meat, lavender and spices. Beautiful texture. I wish I had more than this lone bottle. I have no doubt this will age gracefully through 2030. Simply fantastic.

An excellent Signature. Sumptuous enough to drink now but will be better in 10+ years time 18. Destined to be one of the great Signatures.

Rich stewed plums, sweet oak, polished-integrated tannins. Concentrated with great length and mouthfeel.

I'm digging this bottle. At first couldn't identify the blend, it's great with Mediterranean food- even though typically something lighter makes more sense.

bouquet of tobacco, menthol, a wonderful compote of red and black berries and tree fruits, cigarbox, soil.....wonderfully balanced old-school barossa blend here. opulent and mouthcoating. dark, rich, clean and smooth. great value.
