Eucalyptus, mint. very subtle with little fruit on the nose. Full in the mouth, fully textured with fine grained tannin and firm granules too. Very well balanced. Great length.

Looks like a Shiraz, smells like a Shiraz...but tastes like a deep, dry, spicy Cab! Great fun. From Erickson's Eagle. .

Rich maroon. Berry, Cherry!, very black cherry, plum nose. Tannin forward with anise, black currant, and hint of dark cherry, and something earthy. The finish left a dry mouth feel. This wine had to breathe a while before it was drinkable. It smelled like it would have really opened up after a few hours, but we were at a restaurant and couldn't wait. It was still good. This wine should sit in the bottle a few more years.
