Taught and restrained, especially considering Beaune in 2015. Solid texture with red fruit, pleasant acidity, and a soft mineral edge.

Nice drinking and you can get enough concentration that make it premier cru but I’ve enjoyed some Bourgogne bottlings more from good vintages. A little darker fruit than I expect from a Beaune but nice enough

First French wine I loved from start to finish. This might be a slippery slope for me. Tasted like a kick ass Pinot that can hold it's own.
