Dark for a Pinot, fleshy red fruit and darker blue fruit, a bit of plum, a whiff of baking powder, some exotic spices. Fragrant, rich, fruit forward yet very fresh.
On the palate poised & nicely balanced. Fleshy fruit, cool acidity, very fine tannins. Good depth & great flow. Not an aetheric Pinot, rather on the fruitier side yet with great freshness.
A really nice wine, young so needs to breathe.
