A lighter body wine that produces warmth with a smooth finish. Subtle black cherry and lavender notes surrounded by fresh cut wood, cedar I think, and a fairy forest. Perfect for long time friends, dogs with balls and independent kitties under the summer solstice sky.

2014 vintage. OK but disappointing to me because I had tasted some very fine/ superb pinot noir from Sineann winery from Wy'East vineyards. Just goes to show how influential the wine master can be. This bottle/vintage produced only a mild berry taste, very simple...very very simple, not very interesting or texturally exciting. Very little sense of terrior. I might be tempted to try another vintage from this winemaker but this vintage will not get purchased again by me.
