Jun 4th, 2020The nose! Deep dark fruit, a little funk, lots of pepper, little nuances; I could smell this all night. Wine needs some time to open up, a little flat when you pour right after. This is one that needs some patience.
This wine continues to open up. The pepper has layers to it and the fruit is smooth. This is a very nice wine. Would age even a few more years. Jeff is killing it with Boushey fruit.
