Pretty early to be cracking this one open, but all the signs it will continue to mature over time. Ruby red, medium+ viscosity, stewed blackberries, healthy dose of tannins and a somewhat surprising amount of alcohol mean this wine is ready to age. Paired well with baked sausage and chard with lemon zest.
