Color of bloody red with a mix of shiny purple or, quite dark and bubbly. Nose of super oaky, super green pepper, medicinal note, a bit tobacco leaves, young and vibrant. Taste is essentially following the notes for the nose, with addition mouth watering acidity, mellow tannins, and more oak note, round and silky. Aftertaste is medium long, savory with subtle acidity, a bit sweet raisins, and indeed no edge tasty. Hopefully she can age even more for perfection.
