Simple, tasty, bright semi-sweet Riesling from Wisconsin. Found for 5$ at the gas station - grab it if you see it! It lacks a bit of depth, and really can’t tell where it’s from, but there’s a merry chug-ability to it. Lovely with salmon fried rice and naam prik pla. Fight that capsaicin! Take big gulps!
