A really fun wine. Soft red fruit, balanced integrated tannin. Good wine from an unexpected region

Aug 13th, 2015Ever had a wine from Wisconsin??? Well, there is a first for everything, and this was one for me. A very light bodied Pinot. But still very vibrant acidity and just a slight earthy, dusty notes. Not bad. Fun actually. As the world is warming up, who knows, Wisconsin might become the next Napa…..nah.

Nov 28th, 2021Lovely burgundian-style Pinot Noir with smooth, elegant tannin. Balanced nicely with fruit and a lovely lingering finish.

Feb 9th, 2021I had low expectations when pouring this wine. It was available in the Chicago airport BA lounge. It is actually very pleasant. Light with ripe red cherry and cranberry flavours with an underlying vanilla and cream tone. Great to try a relatively local wine and even better that it's good.
