Nice little sipper, mostly used as an Aperitif-Auxerrois isn’t going to blow you away w/aromatics, acidity or body, but it has all 3 in a very mellow way. Slightly green hue, little grassy, little mineral and some yellow peach & nectarine, zippy and little, finishes clean played well with a hearty salad w/briny olives, cheeses & smoked salmon
