Starts off quite closed with a dominant whiff of naphtha, after some time ripe sweet orchard fruits emerge - apples, pears, renclode plums. There’s a fresh, salty whiff. Ripe yet with nice purity.
On the palate this shows sweet, ripe orchard fruit balanced by juicy acidity, a waxy hint and a good mineral, limestone minerality. Typical Alsatian and drinking very nicely right now.
