Styrian muscat shows very sauvignon-blanc-like aromas after at least 3 years of cellaring (which is more than most people recommend since it's typically a made to be drunk right after production wine).

A tricky but interesting selection from Ben. Apple, honey, and funky undertones. Some savoriness here.
