Quite light straw colour . Green apple , lemon rind , white flowers and wet stones . On the palate high acidity balanced with hint of sweetness . Green apple , lime freshness , cool stony notes , good length and balanced alcohol . Simple but effective . Drink now but no rush over the next decade I should imagine .
