Very clean and light bodied. Balanced acid and cool flavors of lime, lemon zest, and green pear. Clean finish and just a tiny bit of bubbles that cling to the bottom of the glass when you first pour it. Feels like good still mineral water in the mouth. Qualitatswein red and white logo on the screwtop.
