Estate Pinot Blanc

Very plate straw, clear, day bright. Medium viscosity. Caramelized honey, lots of great acidity and minerality, maybe ssome melon in there. Medium body, medium+ acid, long finish. If not for a bit of sweetness on the finish, you might think this was old world.

Bright fruit of peach, melon, apple on the nose with a crisp and refreshing taste of apple and citrus. Delicious wine!

Just bottled in last couple weeks. Nose: melon, hint of pine. Taste: slight minerality, tropical zest, good acids. Still needs to settle. Excited to Ty again in a few months

Still vibrant great cranberry peach, green apple mineral, really nice almost sweet fruit finished but is not sweet I guess fresh fruit would be the word

Crisp, delicious easy drinking Oregon Pinot Blanc.

Crisp, citrus and apple taste. Not too sweet and easy drinking. Definitely worth trying again.

Perfect pairing for picnics and oysters!
