bottle says made from cabernet franc. that is my favorite grape. this taste seems it came from carbonic maceration. it’s crisp saline and forest berries. Ash said it was her favorite rosé of all time. I certainly find it palatable though reminiscent of a low cost supermarket choice. Although my heart can find the soul from whence the cab franc did grow. These taste like ancient land. I cry for the misery it’s worn and jubilant for the victories it sacrificed
