Interesting project pairing U.S. winemakers with those from emerging global economies. Ntsiki Biyela, the South African half of this pairing, is a rising star and I'm dying to get her stuff solo. This one's a unique blend, at least for me: Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, with some Malbec and merlot. Rich and ripe, dark fruit, fairly straightforward but wonderfully intense flavor.
