Bright bing cherry, fresh/stewed strawberry, milk chocolate on the nose. Mellow creme de cassis mixed with hint of roasted coco nibs. Aged very well; flavors are well integrated and deep. Can age even longer. High acid, low tannin, medium plus alcohol, medium body. Long finish. Beautiful wine by this monopole grower-wine makes. A unique microclimate of Paso that allows for excellent Pinot.

Great balance of acid, intensity, fruit, and tertiary. Time to drink up.

Classy Paso Robles Pinot. Subtle presence of dried figs. Tease of damp earth and strong legs. A bit of tannins on the back end to remind you of the dry climate. Easy to drink yet layered with clever winemaking. Dried cranberries. Notes of crushed graphite and a tickle@of earth Ready to drink out of bottle!
