Opens with tropical fruits and mineral notes up the nose, later on I swear I smell caramel popcorn! It has a wonderful soft, silken texture. Excellent acid quality and even though it's labeled at 14.2% the alcohol is subdued allowing you to really enjoy all of the other qualities. This is a real standout chardonnay for me. Hats off to the wine maestro Steven Urberg.
