Sep 28th, 2015Best after a bit in the decanter, and right around cellar storage temp. Mandarin orange, strawberry, and English tea dusted with tannin. Gets a little unfocused as it warms, and is a touch shrill when it's too cold. In that sweet spot tho... ka-pow!
