The sort of sparkling white that should be used to make a Mimosa at a cheap brunch or an #Aperol Spritz at a push. 🍊 This bottle is a leftover party contribution sold by Winc Wine. Had to try it. A bit syrupy, doesn’t really taste like wine, but tastes like regret on the finish.

Aroma has notes of lemon and a freshness to it. Very light body, tastes like the skin of the lemon. Lingering bitterness with a chemically (for lack of better word) taste. Nice start but a very unwelcome finish.
