Tart cherry, dusty, gritty Texas soil, honest wine with an elegant kick. Is that possible? Find out.

Burnt garner color. Rim to core is gradual. Medium viscosity. Dark fruit on the nose: blueberry, black cherry, perhaps fig. Mouth feel is jammy and slightly astringent. Taste is smooth. Earthy. The dark fruit have become earthen. Finish is slight, as are tannins. Have a feeling this wine only gets better as you drink it.
