Brauneberger Juffer-Sonnenuhr Spätlese Riesling

Vintage 2010 ~ Electrifying tension in this wine, bétter than the Auslese from 2010 at the moment, awesome balance. I am in love. Paired with wild boar pâté.

When a wine matches the weather one can feel a bit as being in heaven. This Mosel wine is terrific quality! Outstanding balance. Old school and I like it!

Lovely sweets. Rich riesling nose. Enough acids to make it interesting. Potent creamy flavour. Happy taster 🤣😍

Green apple, honeysuckle, petrol, and rubber garden hose. Low alcohol, full body. RS not overwhelming. Excellent!

Rich an full of Peach, melon, honey. Littlebit of soft italian herbs. Not too sweet. Which is nice because the acids are mild and smooth. Faint sent of petrol. The price sticker says I paid 11 euros for this. Unbelievable.

Due to a colossal mistake on the part of the owners of my local wine shop, I picked this wine up for $9.99 and I doubt I will ever beat this wines price-to-score ratio. Peach, tangerine, nectarine, which a touch of mango. An absolutely stunning Riesling from an incredible producer who will hopefully continue making this gorgeous wine and accidentally mark it as $9.99 every year.

Quite a nice Riesling. Far from perfectly balanced, but notes of sweetness and fruit that carry the day.

Awesome little drop we had for my wife's birthday three weeks ago! Delicious wine.
